Hi, I'm Andrea and I just won Stranded Socotra.
What's the plan to make this a reality?
there are 7 of us left, and i'm in a tight 4, with a tight 3 inside my tight 4.

it's possible i'll get idoled out. could happen. but why not be confident?? i thought i was FUCKED tonight and look what happened. everybody listened to me. how does this keep happening??

tai, lj, and lindsey, god love them, are sitting ducks. there are 3 of them and 4 of us. aubry is all about trust and she trusts me. and steve and natalie...you know how i feel about steve and natalie.

tonight could not have gone better. no matter what happens, i get to ride this high all weekend. i'm a happy girl :)

#4256 Holy shit you're still here!

Do you think your tight 3 within your tight 4 would be willing to keep you in through FTC? If so, why, and if not, how do you fix that?

MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY. HOW DID THAT WORK. how was nick's vote against me the FIRST VOTE I'VE RECEIVED.

I honestly think that they will. Isn't that bananas?

Who's in your tight 3?

Can you definitely beat them in FTC?

If you can definitely beat them in FTC, what stops you from being voted out at F4?
Penner! Fangirling hard.

My tight 3 is me, Steve, and Nat. I can't definitely beat them, but I think that I will.

The thing that stops me from being voted out at 4 is the same thing that stopped me from being voted out at tribal last night. Strong bonds. Natalie and Steve and I have had a final 3 pact for a looooong time. It's possible they're going to decide to go back on that for their own good, and honestly, if the do, good for them! But I really don't think that they will. We all like the idea of finishing this strong a LOT.

#4265 What does your argument look like compared to theirs if you y'all made it to FTC? Do they have stronger/weaker points than you?

They can argue that they played the exact same game I did and made all the moves I had without getting a target on their back (at least thus far) and putting all the blame on me. Strategically, that's pretty awesome. I can argue that I made it there (if I do) WITH this huge target on my back, and despite these big odds, and that's pretty awesome. And I've managed to get as far as I have by appealing to people in an emotional way that FEELS logical to them so far, so I can keep doing that.

#4267 Heading into the weekend, what's your plan? Is it just going to be your four picking off the other three one by one? Do you need to plant any seeds while you have the time to do so?

Maybe a bootlist for this final seven too.

That is the plan! I promised LJ and Lindsey final 6 (I managed to get this far promising LJ and Lindsey final 6, Aubry, final 4, and Tai NOTHING besides that Nick would go home after Morgan. How did I do this????) so if possible I would like to give them that just for jury reasons, but I don't want to seem like I'm pushing for it too hard with Nat and Steve and Aubry and make them jittery, so if they're set on LJ or Lindsey next I'll go with it. I'm also still a little worried about idols and I don't know how long they're valid for, so if Lindsey and LJ have one, there's a benefit to blindsiding them.

That being said, my ideal bootlist is still:

7th: Tai. Finally.

6th: LJ. I'm closer to Lindsey, but also Steve is closer to LJ, so I'd prefer him out before her. And he's stronger in challenges.

5th: Lindsey. Again, if she and LJ swap places, that's fine.

4th: Aubry

3rd: Nat

2nd: Steve

1st: your girl!

We'll see. At this point there's not a whole lot of crazy shit left I need to do or that I even CAN do. I just need to stay steady, talk to people, and be reassuring. I don't need to do any big scheming. At this point, either I can get through on my personality or I can't. And either way, that just involves me being natural, so...I can relax and just be me and see what happens.

#4269 Hey Andrea, I understand that you're keeping on talking to everyone and staying social. Have you received any blowback from the past two votes where you've been heavily featured as the biggest threat to win?

Hmmmm, how do you define blowback? I mean people have said over and over at tribal that I'm a target, but no one's being mean to me or anything like that.

#4271 So would you say that no one is really taking the whole "Andrea's gonna win" thing seriously? No one's treating you any differently?

They make jokes about it to my face, but I'm sure they're talking about it when I'm not there. Lindsey and LJ and Tai I'm sure are very concerned about it. Aubry and Steve and Natalie...depends how accurate my read on them is! I'm doing my best to convince them that they can win against me without it being obvious that that's what I'm doing. But I don't think a certainty of an Andrea win is as cemented in people's minds as we're acting. Like I have fun acting cocky and shit, but I know I'm only winning, even if I get to FTC, if I briiiiiing it. I can't just get there and sleep.

But no, I don't think anyone's treating me differently. We've always been able to joke about stuff and talk about stuff as a group. Like after we played the loaded questions game, we came back and totally laughed about the fact that I was taking all the blame for the Spencer flip while Steve and Nat were getting off scot-free, and then we made all these jokes about how I was actually all the players, and I'm actually the host, and actually the hidden immunity idol...like shit like that. And this was a communal joke with the people I flipped with and with the people I betrayed. I think all of the people who take this really seriously and personally--with the possible exception of Morgan, but honestly I don't know her well enough to be sure--went out pre-merge. It's possible I'm totally wrong and there's going to be a bitter jury, but the read I get right now is that everyone is goodhearted about it and wants to have fun. And we are!

Seeing the jury last night...like, y'all saw me get emotional at tribal. That was legit (and I think the fact that I think people believe me that it was legit is showing the strength of the bonds I've made in this game...though maybe I'm wrong and they're talking about what a fake I am in their confessionals, lol). Some of it was seeing Spencer, because I ADORE Spencer, but it was mostly Julia.

I was gunning for Julia because I thought that she was playing me. She wasn't. She was entirely genuine with me, and I just lied to her and lied to her and spun her in circles and voted her out. And she's young. She looked up to me as a younger gay girl looking up to an older gay woman, and we had a tight bond in the time we spent together. And I completely screwed her over. I had EVERY expectation that she was going to be done with me, that she'd never want to talk to me about it, and I'd been really sad about that. And then...she was giving me hearts at tribal. And that's when I kind of just got a little unhinged, ha. We're gonna be okay.

You've played before, so hopefully it doesn't seem stupid to you that I'm bonded with people I haven't known for very long. This has just been such an intense and incredible experience, and I think it makes sense that you get really close to the only people who understand exactly what you're doing. All the constant lying and scheming and manipulating is EXHAUSTING, and the fact that we're all at a place where we can look at each other and say "man, all this constant lying and scheming and manipulating is exhausting," shows that we've developed this personal comfort with each other...and like, the fact that we acknowledge that comfort is there makes it grow even more.

Every night I get on Skype with my best friend and I tell her LISTEN TO WHAT HAPPENED ON STRANDED TONIGHT! but it's not the same as talking to people who actually understand every bit of it.

#4273 Hey Andrea. If you had to categorize the remaining players into three bins ("I'm pretty sure I can beat them", "it might be close", "I'm pretty sure I cannot beat them"), how would you do so?
