The person who guesses the FURTHEST from the correct number is out.

There will be a 1 minute and 30 second time limit on each answer. If you answer out of the time limit, YOU ARE OUT OF THE CHALLENGE.

If two or more players tie for the furthest away from the correct answer, the person who answered the slowest is out.

Some questions you can find the answer to, some you cannot and will have to use your best guestimate based on context.

Correct. And if someone guesses outside of the time limit, everyone who guessed within the time limit is still in, even if you are the furthest away. The person who is outside the time limit is considered furthest away in that scenario.
