#3176 Final 10! We're almost into single digits, how exciting is that? icon_ha

So with that in mind, what's the plan for you next? Are you going to shake things up any time soon? Do you think anyone else will if you don't?

What do you make of all the talk of Spencer and the idol? Do you buy it or do you think he's telling the truth?

What do you make of the way the votes fell tonight? Do you know where everyone voted?

Did your trust or respect for anyone rise or fall after that tribal?

#3182 Hey Andrea, adding in another question for you:

I'm interested to know how you are perceiving yourself in the game and what you think the perception of you is among the rest of the tribe. Can you give me a status update of where you are in the game and how you feel about that position?

1. SO exciting. I did not think I'd make it this far. I just wanted to make jury, so anything after last tribal is just gravy.

2. Right now I'm not planning to shake things up. I think that numerically it doesn't make sense right now. I could be talked into something.

3. I don't know aaaagh. If he does have it, it's got to be that Sheikh advantage one he got first throwing the first challenge...which may not even be a thing that exists. COOL.

4. Yep, I know how everyone voted and it's what I was expecting.

5. Lindsey's annoying me, but not really. Steven and Nat are my ride or dies and that hasn't budged.

I mean I'm pretty sure everyone thinks I'm a fake lying bitch...which would be a shame, because really I'm just a LYING bitch and not a fake one. All the interest I show in their lives is genuine. I'm just gonna vote them out after I get to know them. That's the game! Seriously, wait til you see how unsalty I am when I'm voted out. My money will be firmly where my mouth is.

I don't think I can win at this point. I think the jury's gonna hate me. But we'll see.

Hi Andrea, just following up. You say that everyone sees you as a "fake lying bitch". How do you feel that serves you as a general player in the game? Also, why do you think people see you that way?

#3211 I mean...I would say that that does not serve me at all, lol.

I think people see me that way because I'm nice to them and then I backstab them. But the alternative is letting on that they're going home and risking idols, so...I think the way I do it is the best bet for staying in, just not for jury votes.

A lot of people seem to be taking the lying portion of this game really personally.

Could you give us an example of this? Why do you think that people take the lying part personally?

Have you ever been in a situation in your everyday life that compares to what's going on in the game?

I mean Garrett seemed really upset about it. Aubry's really stressed about being left out of the vote. Lindsey's going on about what's the point in talking to people if they're just going to lie to you. I imagine Julia's really upset with me.

All I can say is you gotta wait and see how I react when I'm voted out/during my jury question or whatever and you'll know I'm legit. I really, really will not take it personally and I look forward to still being friends with everyone. All my allies could turn on me today and it wouldn't change how I feel about them as people. The only thing that would affect that is the stuff like the name calling that I heard Tai was doing...I don't like that. There's no need to call me a bitch. That's not a part of the game so that bothers me. Voting me out? That's part of the game. I'm not gonna get upset about people playing the game.

I mean there's a lot of drama amongst my coworkers and I feel like I'm playing the middle a lot of the time, just listening to everyone vent and acting to them like I'm completely on their side, but doing that to the person on the other side too. There's something about me that makes people spill their guts to me, I don't know; I was on the elevator the other day and this total stranger started talking to me about how her dog was dying and looking to me for reassurance and shit. I just have that kind of face, I guess. So I'm used to being confided in and I like it a lot. All the stirring up drama, trying to run shit...that's new for me.

#3218 Let's say you did get voted off, what do you think the primary reason for it would be? Of all the people left in the game, who do you feel you've wronged the most?

Do you feel there's a way, outside of being voted off, that you can show that you're genuine to the rest of your tribe?

probably not, because the only people i'm really ride or die with are nat or steve, and i don't want anyone to know that. the others i'm gonna screw over at some point, if i get that far.

i've probably wronged aubry the most. and by probably i mean definitely. and it hurts, because i like her, and i want to loop her in to the vote, but...there's never actually been a need to loop her in, so it's always been an unnecessary risk. i'm hoping to try to mend stuff up with her tonight. steve just told me that tonight isn't going to be straightforward, so...who knows what's happening.

i think getting voted out at this point is a compliment. it means you're a threat...unless you're morgan.

#3235 Who do you feel has the most accurate assessment of the people left?

Also, talk to me about Morgan, what's it been like having her in the game?

Steve. Talks to everyone, has a good read on everyone. Steve's the man.

Morgan...I don't know. Steve talks about how she's playing both sides all the time, and like I just said I trust his read. But it's hard for me to believe Morgan's playing any sides. What was it Tony called her in the game? A fifteen-year-old dog? A pillow? Yeah. That's Morgan.

#3239 Didn't you say Steve is one of your ride or dies? What do you think your chances are of beating him in the final 3?

With Morgan playing both sides, how does her participation directly affect your game?

#3242 I can't beat Steve in the final 3. This would bother me a lot more if there were a million dollars at stake. There's not. I'm fine with 2nd.

See, I keep being told that Morgan's playing both sides, but so far she's voted with us every time. But last vote was the only one where we really needed her for a clear majority. At this point...I'll be real, one of the few things in the game that would surprise me at this point is Morgan having a huge effect on my game.

of course now that I've said that it's gonna happen, but.

I'm a writer, but it's not a name I have or want connected to my reddit username/Survivor life so I didn't talk about that in my application or anything and it's not something I'm planning to reveal to people after. The stuff about studying to be an interpreter and being in school is 100% true, it's just not the entirety of what I do.

The coworkers I mentioned are my shady writer friends having Twitter drama all the time, ha.

My daily life is going to school, managing this weird spine-fusing disease I have, taking care of four cats, hanging out with my family, generally being a nervous wreck, and writing and promoting the stuff I have out there. I only have school two days a week and it's almost done now, so I'm not particularly busy. A lot of time to just be on my own and be anxious, ha.

Playing off of this, what is your assessment of the people left?

And, could you tell us a bit about the dynamic of the alliances within the game as you see them? From your perspective, who is tight with who, who is working with who, who doesn't like who? You said earlier you are "ride or die"s with Steve and Natalie, but where do you stand with the rest?

i'm gonna sort of answer your question by blabbing off some of my nervous energy about what next vote's gonna look like.

so here's how it looks to me. right now there are ostensibly two groups:

me, nick, spencer, nat, steve as a tight two, with morgan and aubry less tightly with us.

tai, lindsey, lj, with lindsey and lj as a tight pair and tai with them out of necessity.

i am WORKING MY ASS OFF on this next vote, and this is what should happen:

me, steve, andrea as a tight 3, with aubry in to make a tight 4.

teaming up with tai, lindsey, lj

to take out spencer.

i am in a bonded 3. i don't want anyone else in a bonded anything. spencer and nick are too powerful. so are lj and lindsey as a pair, but they don't have numbers so i'm not less worried about them.

if this vote goes off well, i'll be in a tight 4 with a tight 3 inside that tight 4, and nobody else will have anything bigger than a pair.

i just reeeeeeally need tomorrow to work out. pray for me, JV.
