Hello lovely people of the Jury! From the emojis and expressions at all the tribals, I think it's safe to say some of you aren't happy that I made it to the end. BUT!! before you simply write down Aubry's or LJ's name, I want you guys to hear me out, and keep an open mind so I can persuade you as to why I played a better game than the both of them and why I deserve the title of Stranded Sole Survivor.
The beginning of my journey and my first move in this game happened all the way at the first Aomak tribal. Kyle was our inactive, and got replaced with an amazing social player, like I couldn't believe it. I liked Kyle, at this point in the game, I made Day 1 alliances with Aubry, Alecia, and Julia. I don't think the other guys expected it because they always talked about how strong the three girls were. My social game was ON POINT, I think everyone liked me. But returning to the story, Kyle happened, and he concocted this story about how Alecia was throwing out his name and going to Nick throwing out another name, I don't know but Kyle and Nick bonded extremely quickly and created this elaborate plan to blindside Alecia. I was then pulled into a private chat with Kyle, Nick, Neal, and Aubry, and we were like yes so down with this plan with Alecia, she is shady. Literally minutes before the tribal council, I had to save my ally Alecia! I formed a chatgroup(NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS CHAT SYSTEM), that was public, and Nick found out and entered it before we actually said anything really important. This chat group, I formed was with Alecia, Aubry, Julia, and Neal. I got Neal the last second to flop. I told them the plan that Kyle and Nick formed. And thus I got my way for taking out Kyle(who honestly probably would have be such a threat) and saved my closest ally.
There was two main points to this first game move to. I don't know if you thought this highly of me, but Nick, after this, I knew you were someone to be reckoned with, and throughout this game I have always considered you my rival. I knew I could never trust a word that Nick said from here on out, you were shady, but your game was TOO good. The next point, going into this game, I knew I was going to be someone who liked to flop around a lot, I said this in my interview too, I didn't know my true colors would be shown this early, but this is the point where my SLOPPY FLOPPY strategy will be a recurring theme in this game, and I embraced it wholeheartedly.
My next move would be convincing Garrett to join me and Alecia. And this is where I knew I could never trust Andrea and Spencer. This vote would have definitely been Alecia, but Garrett being unpredictable, we got him to see how shady Spencer was being by basically doing what Kyle and Nick did. We got this vote to tie because of it. Unfortunately according to game rules, with a tie, the winning tribe got to break the tie, and Francesca, a shiekh came in and obviously voted on the same side as Spencer, so my closest ally at that point was eliminated. It could have been Natalie gone at this point, very unlucky because had it been another representative say Aubry or Julia, Alecia would still be in this game, it was just unlucky.
My next move in this game is probably why I have so many enemies on the jury. It's because I willingly chose to go against the majority. This is a risk I was willing to take. There was a huge alliance formed with Nick, Spencer, Andrea, Natalie, Steve, Trish, Morgan, and me. Huge alliances like these personally scare me, and I already had bad feeling about this. They wanted to blindside Julia because she got the public idol. Noooo, no, I couldn't at this point in the game, Julia was my girl! I told her what the plan was and I told her she neeeeeeeded to play the idol tonight and she needs to round up Aubry, LJ, Lindsey, and Fran(lol.) to vote out Nick, you were my choice because I knew if I didn't get you, you would have gotten me, and they went along with it. Now, the plan would have worked, I told Julia not to tell anyone about it and act normal, but she told Morgan, and then Morgan told the chat, and Andrea was freaked out that she was soooo insistent on not using the idol. My plan came crumbling down.. I was like noooo Julia.. the plan literally changed last minute to Francesca. I have one regret in this game, and that is telling Julia to not use the idol during tribal council and I am so sorry, people would have already known I had flipped by the next vote, I think I was just so angry that the plan didn't work. I also knew the plan changed to Fran, but I kept my vote Nick, why? I could have easily just hid in the majority group. No, this is where I became an underdog and I knew I needed the minority to trust me, so I voted with them.
At the merge, I made my goal to try and flop over two people, Trish and Steve. These are two people I enjoyed talking to, they weren't too over the top haha. We succeeded in flopping over Trish, and we had the numbers! It was looking up for us, but unfortunately Aubry and Julia had to run back to Nick and try to get into the majority, unfortunately this lead to Julia's end, another plan... unsuccessful, but could have worked! I also needed to repair a bridge with Andrea because I knew she was running the show, she had Natalie and Steve(but this never stopped me from trying to get him to flop). I believe that me staying calm and not scrambling because I was in the minority is what help lead the downfall of Spencer, Morgan, and Nick because Andrea knew I would always be against Spencer and Nick.
The Lindsey vote is where I knew I could not trust Aubry anymore. She voted with the majority and took out my ally. After she talked to me she said one thing that stayed with me, "Before I was just playing to play with my friends, but now I am playing to win" so that's when I thought the same, I knew I was going to try to take out Aubry at some point before the final 3.
My next big move was taking out Andrea herself. At 6, I knew I needed to take Andrea out or else.. Aubry had other plans, she wanted to take out Steve at this point. Aubry, I am sorry to say you were being a bit cocky on this vote to me. I knew Aubry trusted me, I asked why she was soooo sure that Steve/Andrea/Natalie was not going to use an idol to save Steve and she revealed she had the last idol of the game. Using this information and without telling Natalie and LJ, I knew that my plan to take out Andrea would succeed while Aubry voted Steve, Andrea/Steve voted me, and me/Nat/LJ took the lead to take out the biggest threat in this game because I was confident that idol would not be played on Andrea. I had already been talking to Natalie since the Lindsey boot to flip over to me and LJ and I think most of us knew, she needed to do something drastic to separate herself from Andrea, she was the perfect one to flop over, although I never stopped trying to get Steve to flop.
My final move would to be take out my DAY 1, Aubry. I promised her up and down, but I knew if Aubry got to the final challenge, she would win(and she did) I needed to take her out then and there. This unfortunately would be the demise of Nat, and this plan does not work out and once again I voted in the minority.
Now I want to address the jury each:
Julia: I simply adore and love you. I know you probably became closer to Aubry in the middle of the game personally, so I understand why you would want to give her your vote. But I am asking for your vote because of my actions to save you. For the Kyle vote, who was the first person to tell you about the Nick/Kyle/Neal/Aubry/Me alliance? It was me, not Aubry. Who told you about the blindside for you at merge? It was me. Who again got a majority together to save you the next vote, it was me. I have stuck out my neck for you each time to save you, and I truly wanted to go to the end with you. I hope you can see my actions to constantly be there for you. Also I still want to see those cosplay pictures after this game is done!
Trish: I was sooo happy when you decided to flip on the majority! We didn't have long together but I enjoyed talking to you, you tried to make something happen, it is impressive and I want to say it is a hard thing to come out of comfort and safety of a majority to try and make a move. I wish our little group could have gone on to make something happen. I hope you are impressed by my game and give me your vote.
Spencer: Looking back on this game, I think we just misunderstood each other. By the end of it, you were actually a very nice guy from the last few messages we had together. Although I had to avenge my girl Alecia, and the lies you made up about her still kept with me. I knew we wouldn't be able to work with each other and needed to take you out. I hope my game stands out to you from the other two and I can have your vote.
Morgan: I wish we got to talk more! But with the little we did talk, I tried to help you, I told you, if you wanted to stay in this game, you needed to be calm and not go off on people. So I hoped our conversation is meaningful enough to get your vote and you respect the game I played.
Nick: MY RIVAL. You are the villainous ALL-STAR of this game. To me, you had an amazing strategic and social game. I don't care if you don't think of me as your rival, but I would never never never had worked with you because I knew you wouldn't think twice to slit my throat and back stab me. I had to get you before you got me. There was only one person I truly hoped to beat in this game it was you :D.
Lindsey: AHHH I loved you in this game. You were my blessing. I am so sorry how your vote went down, I told you that Natalie told me she wasn't voting me and there was no way Aubry was going to vote me then. I think this game would have went a very different path had you used the idol correctly. But I hope you know that I wanted to avenge you after you used the idol on me, and I really wanted to go to the end with you. You are amazing.
Andrea: The Queen. You are a force in this game. You deserved every title you can get. You had a superb social game. You are the one person I feel like I had 0% chance of winning against had you been sitting next to me.
Steve: I have no idea if you were playing me this whole game, BUT I want to say I connected with you the best socially, you were the one person I was able to talk to and keep a conversation going that wasn't game talk. I love you, even though you probably had no intention of ever flipping to me, that never stopped me from trying. I tried to save you in your boot, and I hope you can appreciate that I never wanted you out of this game because of personal reasons. You are the HERO of this season.
Natalie: You made the mistake of choosing Aubry over Steve. I disagree with what you said that you would have beaten me and LJ at the finals because there is no real move that I think you could say you did on your own had you gotten to the finals. I also think you were wrong with me not being aware in this game, there was absolutely no blindside that surprised me, I knew where the relationships resided, I chose my moves knowing where they would land me next. I think you deserve the Best Sidekick award though because without your vote and help, Aubry, LJ, and me wouldn't be standing in the finals today. I never clicked with you socially, but I think there was potential. Btw, I know reading this can sound a bit cocky/mean through the computer screen, but I want to make it clear my tone is calm and not condescending, its more of like having a different opinion on the topic you brought up at the last tribal.
To my Final 3 peeps!
LJ: You were awesome throughout this merge, I knew I could always rely on you and you wouldn't do anything to truly harm my game had you done something we didn't discuss. Good luck in this game, even though we are here without Lindsey, I am glad I was able to fulfill my promise to you to go to the finals.
Aubry: OHHHHHH GIRLLLLLLLLUHHHHHHH. WE ARE DAY ONE ALLIANCES BOOS. LOL, unlike LJ though, I had no intention of taking to the end anymore when you voted off Lindsey. But here we are, our promise from Day 1 to get to the end with each other actually happened even though we voted differently so many times. You are an amazing person, and I knew if I didn't try to take you out, you probably had the best chance at winning this game. It was a compliment to your social and awareness in this game. Who would have thought weak suffering Aomak would have two spots in the finals. You are a #Queen. I love you so much!
So guys here you have it, these are my most important moves of the game and why you should vote for me. I feel like I am the Denise Stapley of Stranded. I have been to EVERY SINGLE TRIBAL in this game(save for the first one, but that was a fluke since we won a technicality and should have went then too). I have been a constant target and threat throughout this game. I knew when to speak up and when to hold my tongue. I was "bullied" and I never let the lies get to me, I stayed composed and never struck back. People knew who I was always against, I would tell it to people's faces that I am voting them out even when I didn't know I had the majority sometimes! I think I have the most unique path to get to the end and win. Everyone has lied or backstabbed in this game, I just didn't try to be fake to you afterwards and stayed true to myself. I was willing to take risks and get blood on my hands, I just always knew how much blood to get on my hands and when to wear gloves. It was part of my strategy to be a step above the least threatening THREAT to get to the end and of course make a few enemies on the jury so everyone would want to take me to the end too. To me there are more villains than heroes on the jury, so please don't be salty of the choices I made in this game because you clearly would have done the same thing with some modifications. My social game was solid, I was able to get two people to use 2/3 idols on me. Maybe I am like Tai in the real game. I voted wrong so many times in this game, but they got me to the end because I willing to take the risk to vote wrong and stay loyal to those who have stayed loyal to me. I won two skilled based immunity challenges, and BOTH were crucial to my survival in this game. Had I not won both of them, I could have easily been voted out then. I am the underdog of this game, and I hope you can respect the game that I played.
So jury, I am ready to be ripped to shreds by you but be careful, there's not too much meat on these bones.
