#6413 Welcome, Final 3:

Aubry, LJ and Tai.

You three have come as far as you can by yourself in this game. Now, the power shifts from the three of you to the 9 people you had a hand in voting out. The jury:

Julia, Trish, Spencer, Morgan, Nick, Lindsey, Andrea, Steve and Natalie voted out at the last Tribal Council.

Jury, in just a moment you will finally break your silence and address the final 3, gathering enough information to make the most important vote of the season. You will be voting FOR the winner.

But first, before we hand over to you, we'll give the final 3 one last chance to address you by posting their Opening Statements now.

#6427 Hi, jury! Thank you so much for being a large part of what made this game so dang enjoyable. I really feel like I made some deep connections in this game with many of you, and am eager to keep building on that after tonight. <3

I think a lot of you already know a lot about my game, but I want to make everything clear. So in my statement, I’d like to outline every step of my game. Just to have it all out there.

OG AOMAK.

On OG Aomak, my tightest allies were Nick and Tai. Though Nick worried me as an ally (especially after lying to me about an idol at the first tribal, and especially seeing the bonds he was making on other tribes), at the time I wanted to move past that and have a very powerful player on my side. Tai was, at that time, the most trustworthy person in this game, and I wanted to go all the way to the end with him - which we did accomplish, admittedly with some chaos thrown in. I really felt like I had genuine connections with both of them and, even though they weren’t really jiving together, I was excited about how far we could get together.

The second important thing to happen in OG Aomak was that I FOUND THE IDOL using the clues that Nick had given me. Tai did not find it, but, later in the game, that was the perception I wanted. More on all of that at the Trish boot.

SWAP.

Immediately after the swap, Julia and I bonded HARD. We had had a relationship on OG Aomak, but it absolutely paled in comparison to what it became at the swap. Julia was my heart in this game, and I would have done anything for her. Honestly, I looked forward to chatting with her every day, and KNEW we had each other’s backs until the very end. Julia and I were so close that I would have cut Nick and Tai before I cut her, despite how close of allies Nick and Tai were to me pre-swap.

This is also when my bonds with LJ and Lindsey were born. LJ and I bonded immediately as people, and I didn't want him going anywhere anytime soon. He and I quickly made a deal to go as far as we possibly could together. Lindsey was very likable as well, but I immediately recognized her as a threat. She was really good at getting information without giving much, and I thought she was pulling more strings than I could see. So while I wanted to work with Lindsey, I knew she was too much of a threat to take to the end.

So at the swap, I had individual final deals with Tai, Julia, and LJ (though the last one may have been made after merge). I was in a GREAT spot with final deals before the merge even happened - and 2 of those 3 ended up paying dividends!

It was also at NuDetwah that I found the Detwah idol. To me, the only thing more powerful than an idol is KNOWING NO ONE ELSE HAS IT. So at the swap, I had 2 out of the game's 3 idols in my pocket. Many people were fearful of idols in this game, but I wasn't at all. Having the two idols to just SIT on gave me power to take out who I wanted, when I wanted. The only times the last idol was relevant was to purposely pin paranoia on Spencer, and very carefully handling the situation when I figured out Lindsey actually had it.

It's also worth noting that I voted correctly at every vote premerge. Postmerge, I had to get a little scrappier.

MERGE BABY!!!

I hadn't even MET half of the people on the merged tribe. This in and of itself was scary to me, as I heavily rely on the social aspect of the game. Julia was convinced Nick was gunning for her, and though my gut said to just vote with everyone else... the threat of losing Julia was too scary. Me, Julia, LJ, Lindsey, and Tai all voted incorrectly for Nick at the merge. This showed me that Tai was on our side still (which I hadn't really doubted), but it also solidified a majority alliance that none of my crew was a part of, with the exception of Nick. I had. To get. To WORK. Being on the wrong side of the merge vote, is, in many cases, a death sentence.

My main goal throughout the entire second half of the game was to KEEP MY CORE POSSE SAFE, my core posse being the entire minority alliance. So I got to work infiltrating the majority for that purpose. Throughout much of the merge, I was seen as on the bottom of both alliances... which skeeved me out to many, but ultimately got me here.

After the merge vote, I got to work saying that I didn't really have any allegiances, that I wanted to work with the majority, and asking Nick to please protect me on the other side. I was not a target during this part of the game much, with the exception of Trish.

I knew that Trish was throwing my name around. So when Trish wanted to flip to the minority, I didn't believe or trust her. However, even if I had, I would still have insisted on voting for Natalie to SHOW TO THE MAJORITY that I was with THEM and not with my actual minority alliance. I knew they would tell me a fake name (I would have done this too, why trust me?), and knew there would be a casualty from my side to pay for that. In the long run, I knew it would pay off. IIRC, I truly suspected Lindsey to go home. Which would have been a blow to the minority alliance as a whole, but at the end of the day, a Lindsey boot would have been fine with me because of how threatening she was.

Honestly, the Julia boot was the only real casualty in my whole game. Every other vote worked in my favor... but losing Julia sucked. HOWEVER, it was clear we were close. So really, the Julia blindside helped my game as a solo agent, as much as I hated losing her. The majority blindsided me with that, but the only true show of trust is at tribal... and I had voted how the majority expected I would. One step closer to protecting my allies.

However, the majority still didn't FULLY trust me. Nick and Andrea (and to a much lesser extent, Steve) were actively working with me and wanted to trust me, but the rest... not so much. The fact that I wasn't added to the alliance chat made it pretty obvious. Even then, though, I couldn't DREAM they would lie to me about the vote a second time, after I harped on and on and on about how I don't care who I work with (a lie) as long as I'm not being lied to all the time. I made it pretty clear that if they lied to me again after I keep taking big risks for them, that I would really hate the majority's guts.

So when Andrea and Nick said they were voting for Tai (and even vocalized that I CANNOT TELL HIM they were voting for him, for fear of an idol), I IMMEDIATELY gave my idol to Tai and told him to use it. This vote was the real crux of me playing both sides in the early merge. The likelihood that they would lie to me twice was, in my view, really small. I wanted to vote for Tai to show the majority they could trust me, but also save Tai. Tai could play it, pretend he had found it, and no one would even know that I was involved at all. So I VOTED FOR TAI, fully aware he would use the idol and be safe, PURELY to further infiltrate the majority alliance and KEEP HIM SAFE, along with LJ and Lindsey. Tai knew this, and knew that our only hope in this game was for the majority to trust me.

However, as we all know now, the majority DID lie to me a second time. The idol was wasted, and Trish went home. This worked great for me anyway, because Trish was the only one to mention me as a threat, as far as I know. And, it was the final nail in the coffin to start to take out the majority from within.

Immediately after the vote, I hammed up how betrayed I felt. I had voted for Tai and I couldn't believe the majority STILL didn't trust me, jeez‼ And it FINALLY WORKED. Andrea was WITH ME 100% for the rest of the game, I was added to the alliance chat, and I had finally fully infiltrated the majority with only the Julia casualty. I FINALLY had the power I needed to keep my original close allies in the game. And, I showed ONLY TO MY POSSE that I was truly loyal to them by giving Tai my idol. I was the ultimate mole at this stage of the game, and tbh I felt like a total badass and it was awesome.

Interestingly, while the lies about the votes was the beginning of Andrea and I working closely together, it really was the end of any hope of working with Nick at that point. Between all the lies by both of us throughout the game and me voting for him at the merge, I was sure that ship had sailed. However, as Nick pointed out in the Public round, I made sure to always keep the idea of working together open.

THE MOLE.

I had power. I had influence. And I had to use them to protect my peeps.

By this point, Andrea wanted to work with me for real. Also, Steve had started to realize he was at the bottom of the majority. I had options. Both of them mentioned it was almost time to start taking out threats from the majority. Buuuuut, they just wanted to take out ONE more person from the minority, just to be safe. They didn’t want to make a move. I couldn't have that - we needed to make a move now to protect my minority.

"I just want to make sure we make a move, before a move is made on us." "I'm soooo worried about Spencer's idol..." "If we vote out a member of the minority, it's a wasted vote. But if we work with them a little longer? Maybe they'll be more likely to vote for us at the end!" Etc., etc. I threw everything at the wall to get Andrea and Steve to make a move NOW, before voting out another member of my trusted core. My first idea was to get Steve and Morgan to vote with us, as Morgan really seemed to like me and to not be too attached to the majority. But, it really took Andrea being involved for Steve to feel comfortable with the move. So, after planting these subtle seeds, Andrea and Steve were all in to vote Spencer. The majority had started to eat itself alive <3

I worked with Steve, Andrea, and Natalie also through the next votes of Morgan and Nick. Cannibalizing, and letting the previous minority slide under that radar. In this process, I also grew really close to Steve and Andrea - they were no longer numbers to protect my friends. They WERE my friends. I had set myself up to be a vital part in 2 separate f4 deals: me/Steve/Andrea/Natalie, and me/Tai/LJ/Lindsey. It was a great place to be, because EVERYONE needed my vote.

PLANNING FOR THE END.

At f7, I couldn't hide anymore. I had two tight alliances: the old minority (Tai, LJ, Lindsey) and the power majority (Andrea, Steve, Nat). I had to choose... it was down to the two cores of the alliances, and I had to choose which final 4 I wanted to go with. I knew that LJ and Lindsey were arguably the tightest two in the game, and that, if I went to f4 with them, they would (at BEST) have me go to rocks against whoever me and Tai would vote for. I didn't think I could come between LJ and Lindsey, and I DIDN'T want fourth place. I even brought this up to Lindsey, and she said she wanted to go to the end with power players, and wouldn't boot me at f4. Maybe that was true, maybe it wasn't. She was so big of a threat in my mind, that I couldn't take that chance, especially if it could just mean losing to her at the end.

The power majority, on the other hand, was perfect. Andrea was the clearest threat to win, so she was going to be my meat shield at final 4. I would have a f3 with Steve and Nat, both of whom I had underestimated at the time. So, I voted with the power majority to vote out Lindsey, whom I had seen as a massive threat since the day I met her. Once again, I had more options in which this game was winnable for me.

As an aside, I knew Lindsey had the idol once she said something along the lines of "You'll let me know what you decide, either way?" about a half hour before tribal - from then on I was extremely vague with her, leading her to play an idol on Tai instead of herself. Of course I can't take sole credit for this, but it's worth noting.

ENDGAME.

Somewhere between the Lindsey vote and Andrea's boot, I realized how threatening both Steve and Nat were. Steve was a comp beast, and, since this is before ~~~the excel sheet~~~, I thought he was the biggest threat to my game, excluding my meat shield of Andrea. I didn't dream Nat would flip at this stage. This was the last chance to play my idol, so I wasn't worried at all, and thought Steve was going home. I voted for Steve... and then Andrea went home.

Of course, Andrea needed to go. By far, she was the biggest threat. But the deception - telling me they'll vote Steve, then voting Andrea - by Tai, Nat, and LJ was a baaaaaaaaaaad omen for Steve and me. Steve and I had to figure something out FAST if we wanted to escape being 5th and 4th. Which is pretty funny, considering we were clinging to each other literally an hour after I had been fighting so hard to get him out.

Steve and I stayed up until 2 am trying to save our asses. This is when I created ~~~the excel sheet~~~ of all possible f3s with the 5 people left, and who each juror would vote for in each scenario. It took forever, but I think it may have saved my ass.

By my calculations, in almost every iteration we were in, I would win, and Steve would get no votes, if any. He wasn't as much of a jury threat as I thought he was, as much as I adore the guy and would have strongly considered voting for him myself. It would be smart for Nat/Tai/LJ to vote me out then, at f5. The excel also helped me to realize what a massive threat Nat was... sure, she was quiet. But she was always voting correctly, was wicked smart, and had the admiration of a decent number of jury members. In a f3 of her, LJ, and Tai, I had her winning by a small margin against LJ.

The whole point of this spreadsheet was to find some sort of way to keep me (and Steve, but mostly me) in the game that would BENEFIT Tai, LJ, and/or Natalie so they would actually work with me. And I found that loophole. 7 MINUTES BEFORE THE F5 TRIBAL, I proposed to Natalie that the scenario in which Natalie would win by the biggest margin is with me and LJ. This would be because LJ and I have played similar games (not really true, but I could sell it), and would divide the same pool of jury votes. LJ and I would not be taking votes from her. She would get the same x amount of votes whether she took me or Tai, but if she took Tai instead of me, all votes that would have gone to me would go to LJ, and LJ would give her a run for her money.

I didn't have time to go over it in detail, but I think it may have been just enough to lead her to crusade against Steve in that tribal. Nat can confirm or deny whether or not my proposition was actually relevant, but I believe that, along with my bond with LJ, it helped me to survive until the next round.

I won final immunity, so the plan of convincing Nat to vote out Tai didn't really matter... it also probably wouldn't have worked. But, I think that it was enough for me to survive Steve at f5, which was all it needed to do.

At f4, voting out Natalie was obvious. According to my excel, a f3 with LJ and Tai led to MY best chance of victory.

CONCLUSION, AKA SPARKNOTES.

In the premerge, I fostered deep relationships that would last throughout the game. After being on the wrong side of an extremely critical merge vote, I brought my closest allies at the time (excluding Julia) to the end with me by infiltrating the majority, nudging it to eat itself from within, and eventually choosing the path that led to the greatest chance of my victory... all while being fearless regarding idols. I believe that a large facet of what sets me apart from Tai and LJ is that I looked out for them, and I believe a large part of why they're here is that I was a subtle but sure voice on the other side. Maybe they would have lasted this far anyway, maybe the majority would have fallen apart anyway. But I made damn sure it happened.

I'm extremely proud of the way I've played this game, and I'm also proud of the relationships I've formed with you all - even if we never talked about strategy whatsoever. As cliche and sappy as it sounds, this cast is what made this game so enjoyable, so thank you for your time and your friendship‼ I can’t wait to chat it up with you all again. icon_wub

#6432 HELLO HOW ARE YOU,

Honestly, I’m tempted to sit here right now and fire off a huge list of counterpoints to all the negative things I think you might have to say to me tonight, but that’s no fun and I’m sure nobody wants an opening statement that reads like a legal brief. I’ll just give you my quick talking points on why LJ should be your Stranded in Socotra winner and then you guys can hit me with whatever you want from there.
Let’s jump right into this:

Outwit, outplay, outlast, right? I know it’s a total cliché but I’M DOING IT ANYWAY.

Now I’m sure there’s at least a few of you who aren’t sitting there thinking, “Boy, LJ sure outwitted me” or “Whew, that LJ outplayed us alright” but I think we can all agree that I OUTLASTED you without going into this big, deep explanation. There’s no arguing that I’m sitting here despite an overwhelming numerical disadvantage.

My goal here tonight is to shine a little light onto the other two elements.

The first few rounds after we merged were rocky, I won’t deny that – but from the moments after Trish was eliminated to when I wrote down Natalie’s name a few days ago – nearly everything felt like it went exactly the way I wanted it to (I love Aubry, but if Lindsey were sitting here in her place I wouldn’t have to throw that nearly in there).

While my game was certainly… understated, there was a lot more to it than most of you saw. It was a game of PATIENCE, ADAPTABILITY, and LONG-TERM THINKING and I’d love the chance to share it with you.

Hopefully you guys are interested in hearing more.

If not, I look forward to whatever it is you all have to say and I’ll answer any questions as honestly as I possibly can.

Have fun guys, and thanks for THE MEMORIES.

#6436 Hello lovely people of the Jury! From the emojis and expressions at all the tribals, I think it's safe to say some of you aren't happy that I made it to the end. BUT!! before you simply write down Aubry's or LJ's name, I want you guys to hear me out, and keep an open mind so I can persuade you as to why I played a better game than the both of them and why I deserve the title of Stranded Sole Survivor.

The beginning of my journey and my first move in this game happened all the way at the first Aomak tribal. Kyle was our inactive, and got replaced with an amazing social player, like I couldn't believe it. I liked Kyle, at this point in the game, I made Day 1 alliances with Aubry, Alecia, and Julia. I don't think the other guys expected it because they always talked about how strong the three girls were. My social game was ON POINT, I think everyone liked me. But returning to the story, Kyle happened, and he concocted this story about how Alecia was throwing out his name and going to Nick throwing out another name, I don't know but Kyle and Nick bonded extremely quickly and created this elaborate plan to blindside Alecia. I was then pulled into a private chat with Kyle, Nick, Neal, and Aubry, and we were like yes so down with this plan with Alecia, she is shady. Literally minutes before the tribal council, I had to save my ally Alecia! I formed a chatgroup(NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS CHAT SYSTEM), that was public, and Nick found out and entered it before we actually said anything really important. This chat group, I formed was with Alecia, Aubry, Julia, and Neal. I got Neal the last second to flop. I told them the plan that Kyle and Nick formed. And thus I got my way for taking out Kyle(who honestly probably would have be such a threat) and saved my closest ally.

There was two main points to this first game move to. I don't know if you thought this highly of me, but Nick, after this, I knew you were someone to be reckoned with, and throughout this game I have always considered you my rival. I knew I could never trust a word that Nick said from here on out, you were shady, but your game was TOO good. The next point, going into this game, I knew I was going to be someone who liked to flop around a lot, I said this in my interview too, I didn't know my true colors would be shown this early, but this is the point where my SLOPPY FLOPPY strategy will be a recurring theme in this game, and I embraced it wholeheartedly.

My next move would be convincing Garrett to join me and Alecia. And this is where I knew I could never trust Andrea and Spencer. This vote would have definitely been Alecia, but Garrett being unpredictable, we got him to see how shady Spencer was being by basically doing what Kyle and Nick did. We got this vote to tie because of it. Unfortunately according to game rules, with a tie, the winning tribe got to break the tie, and Francesca, a shiekh came in and obviously voted on the same side as Spencer, so my closest ally at that point was eliminated. It could have been Natalie gone at this point, very unlucky because had it been another representative say Aubry or Julia, Alecia would still be in this game, it was just unlucky.

My next move in this game is probably why I have so many enemies on the jury. It's because I willingly chose to go against the majority. This is a risk I was willing to take. There was a huge alliance formed with Nick, Spencer, Andrea, Natalie, Steve, Trish, Morgan, and me. Huge alliances like these personally scare me, and I already had bad feeling about this. They wanted to blindside Julia because she got the public idol. Noooo, no, I couldn't at this point in the game, Julia was my girl! I told her what the plan was and I told her she neeeeeeeded to play the idol tonight and she needs to round up Aubry, LJ, Lindsey, and Fran(lol.) to vote out Nick, you were my choice because I knew if I didn't get you, you would have gotten me, and they went along with it. Now, the plan would have worked, I told Julia not to tell anyone about it and act normal, but she told Morgan, and then Morgan told the chat, and Andrea was freaked out that she was soooo insistent on not using the idol. My plan came crumbling down.. I was like noooo Julia.. the plan literally changed last minute to Francesca. I have one regret in this game, and that is telling Julia to not use the idol during tribal council and I am so sorry, people would have already known I had flipped by the next vote, I think I was just so angry that the plan didn't work. I also knew the plan changed to Fran, but I kept my vote Nick, why? I could have easily just hid in the majority group. No, this is where I became an underdog and I knew I needed the minority to trust me, so I voted with them.

At the merge, I made my goal to try and flop over two people, Trish and Steve. These are two people I enjoyed talking to, they weren't too over the top haha. We succeeded in flopping over Trish, and we had the numbers! It was looking up for us, but unfortunately Aubry and Julia had to run back to Nick and try to get into the majority, unfortunately this lead to Julia's end, another plan... unsuccessful, but could have worked! I also needed to repair a bridge with Andrea because I knew she was running the show, she had Natalie and Steve(but this never stopped me from trying to get him to flop). I believe that me staying calm and not scrambling because I was in the minority is what help lead the downfall of Spencer, Morgan, and Nick because Andrea knew I would always be against Spencer and Nick.

The Lindsey vote is where I knew I could not trust Aubry anymore. She voted with the majority and took out my ally. After she talked to me she said one thing that stayed with me, "Before I was just playing to play with my friends, but now I am playing to win" so that's when I thought the same, I knew I was going to try to take out Aubry at some point before the final 3.

My next big move was taking out Andrea herself. At 6, I knew I needed to take Andrea out or else.. Aubry had other plans, she wanted to take out Steve at this point. Aubry, I am sorry to say you were being a bit cocky on this vote to me. I knew Aubry trusted me, I asked why she was soooo sure that Steve/Andrea/Natalie was not going to use an idol to save Steve and she revealed she had the last idol of the game. Using this information and without telling Natalie and LJ, I knew that my plan to take out Andrea would succeed while Aubry voted Steve, Andrea/Steve voted me, and me/Nat/LJ took the lead to take out the biggest threat in this game because I was confident that idol would not be played on Andrea. I had already been talking to Natalie since the Lindsey boot to flip over to me and LJ and I think most of us knew, she needed to do something drastic to separate herself from Andrea, she was the perfect one to flop over, although I never stopped trying to get Steve to flop.

My final move would to be take out my DAY 1, Aubry. I promised her up and down, but I knew if Aubry got to the final challenge, she would win(and she did) I needed to take her out then and there. This unfortunately would be the demise of Nat, and this plan does not work out and once again I voted in the minority.

Now I want to address the jury each:

Julia: I simply adore and love you. I know you probably became closer to Aubry in the middle of the game personally, so I understand why you would want to give her your vote. But I am asking for your vote because of my actions to save you. For the Kyle vote, who was the first person to tell you about the Nick/Kyle/Neal/Aubry/Me alliance? It was me, not Aubry. Who told you about the blindside for you at merge? It was me. Who again got a majority together to save you the next vote, it was me. I have stuck out my neck for you each time to save you, and I truly wanted to go to the end with you. I hope you can see my actions to constantly be there for you. Also I still want to see those cosplay pictures after this game is done!

Trish: I was sooo happy when you decided to flip on the majority! We didn't have long together but I enjoyed talking to you, you tried to make something happen, it is impressive and I want to say it is a hard thing to come out of comfort and safety of a majority to try and make a move. I wish our little group could have gone on to make something happen. I hope you are impressed by my game and give me your vote.

Spencer: Looking back on this game, I think we just misunderstood each other. By the end of it, you were actually a very nice guy from the last few messages we had together. Although I had to avenge my girl Alecia, and the lies you made up about her still kept with me. I knew we wouldn't be able to work with each other and needed to take you out. I hope my game stands out to you from the other two and I can have your vote.

Morgan: I wish we got to talk more! But with the little we did talk, I tried to help you, I told you, if you wanted to stay in this game, you needed to be calm and not go off on people. So I hoped our conversation is meaningful enough to get your vote and you respect the game I played.

Nick: MY RIVAL. You are the villainous ALL-STAR of this game. To me, you had an amazing strategic and social game. I don't care if you don't think of me as your rival, but I would never never never had worked with you because I knew you wouldn't think twice to slit my throat and back stab me. I had to get you before you got me. There was only one person I truly hoped to beat in this game it was you :D.

Lindsey: AHHH I loved you in this game. You were my blessing. I am so sorry how your vote went down, I told you that Natalie told me she wasn't voting me and there was no way Aubry was going to vote me then. I think this game would have went a very different path had you used the idol correctly. But I hope you know that I wanted to avenge you after you used the idol on me, and I really wanted to go to the end with you. You are amazing.

Andrea: The Queen. You are a force in this game. You deserved every title you can get. You had a superb social game. You are the one person I feel like I had 0% chance of winning against had you been sitting next to me.

Steve: I have no idea if you were playing me this whole game, BUT I want to say I connected with you the best socially, you were the one person I was able to talk to and keep a conversation going that wasn't game talk. I love you, even though you probably had no intention of ever flipping to me, that never stopped me from trying. I tried to save you in your boot, and I hope you can appreciate that I never wanted you out of this game because of personal reasons. You are the HERO of this season.

Natalie: You made the mistake of choosing Aubry over Steve. I disagree with what you said that you would have beaten me and LJ at the finals because there is no real move that I think you could say you did on your own had you gotten to the finals. I also think you were wrong with me not being aware in this game, there was absolutely no blindside that surprised me, I knew where the relationships resided, I chose my moves knowing where they would land me next. I think you deserve the Best Sidekick award though because without your vote and help, Aubry, LJ, and me wouldn't be standing in the finals today. I never clicked with you socially, but I think there was potential. Btw, I know reading this can sound a bit cocky/mean through the computer screen, but I want to make it clear my tone is calm and not condescending, its more of like having a different opinion on the topic you brought up at the last tribal.

To my Final 3 peeps!

LJ: You were awesome throughout this merge, I knew I could always rely on you and you wouldn't do anything to truly harm my game had you done something we didn't discuss. Good luck in this game, even though we are here without Lindsey, I am glad I was able to fulfill my promise to you to go to the finals.

Aubry: OHHHHHH GIRLLLLLLLLUHHHHHHH. WE ARE DAY ONE ALLIANCES BOOS. LOL, unlike LJ though, I had no intention of taking to the end anymore when you voted off Lindsey. But here we are, our promise from Day 1 to get to the end with each other actually happened even though we voted differently so many times. You are an amazing person, and I knew if I didn't try to take you out, you probably had the best chance at winning this game. It was a compliment to your social and awareness in this game. Who would have thought weak suffering Aomak would have two spots in the finals. You are a #Queen. I love you so much!

So guys here you have it, these are my most important moves of the game and why you should vote for me. I feel like I am the Denise Stapley of Stranded. I have been to EVERY SINGLE TRIBAL in this game(save for the first one, but that was a fluke since we won a technicality and should have went then too). I have been a constant target and threat throughout this game. I knew when to speak up and when to hold my tongue. I was "bullied" and I never let the lies get to me, I stayed composed and never struck back. People knew who I was always against, I would tell it to people's faces that I am voting them out even when I didn't know I had the majority sometimes! I think I have the most unique path to get to the end and win. Everyone has lied or backstabbed in this game, I just didn't try to be fake to you afterwards and stayed true to myself. I was willing to take risks and get blood on my hands, I just always knew how much blood to get on my hands and when to wear gloves. It was part of my strategy to be a step above the least threatening THREAT to get to the end and of course make a few enemies on the jury so everyone would want to take me to the end too. To me there are more villains than heroes on the jury, so please don't be salty of the choices I made in this game because you clearly would have done the same thing with some modifications. My social game was solid, I was able to get two people to use 2/3 idols on me. Maybe I am like Tai in the real game. I voted wrong so many times in this game, but they got me to the end because I willing to take the risk to vote wrong and stay loyal to those who have stayed loyal to me. I won two skilled based immunity challenges, and BOTH were crucial to my survival in this game. Had I not won both of them, I could have easily been voted out then. I am the underdog of this game, and I hope you can respect the game that I played.

So jury, I am ready to be ripped to shreds by you but be careful, there's not too much meat on these bones.

#6440 Thank you, Final 3.

As opening speeches are traditionally wordy, the Jury will have time to read over these as they prepare for their answers. So in the interest of time management... Let's move on to our first juror:

Morgan, you're up!

Morgan wrote: Hello Aubry, LG, and Tai. Congratulations. I suggest you read this speech carefully, and know that what I will be asking of you was brought upon by yourselves as well as the people sitting on this jury.

At some points in this game it comes down to the luck of the draw. Is this person loyal? Is this person paranoid? Do these people feel comfortable? These can all be influenced, but when it comes down to it, a vote that could keep you or send you home could come down to something as simple as the luck of the draw.

My request for you three is very simple. Choose a number between 1 and 3. There's only one right answer to this question, and I will not be accepting duplicate answers. Your choices are first come, first serve.

Be careful, this could be the question that costs you the one vote you may have needed to win. None of you showed me or Nick compassion or the will to give us a chance because you all felt comfortable. I won't allow you to feel comfortable tonight.

For what it's worth, I tried to keep you in my schemes!! But I couldn't get the numbers together for both of us at that point in the game.

My number is 1, cuz I wanna be #1 heheheheheh. Love you Morgan!

#6466 Good evening to you three. I can imagine you are all experiencing the emotional equivalent of the cursed paper bag meme right now, which is to be expected. I won’t stall you out though, so let’s get right into it.

LJ.
You were always a loyal voter, but you were never really an accurate voter. You were a beast in challenges, but we never really talked. I wish I understood you better, but I just don’t. I like you a lot, but I never really got to know you. I can commend the game you played, but I don’t know you well enough to give you my vote, so my question is, how would you best describe the way you played this season? What was your rationale? What would you change about how you played? Even though my vote is going to someone else, the rest of the jury is up for grabs, and I know a lot of them feel the way I do. Remember: the jury is always watching.

Aubry.
You were one of my first friends in this game, my closest ally in this game. You were kind, funny, an absolute pleasure to talk to. We can all agree that, of the three finalists, you played by far the best social game. I am also so totally impressed with the game you played once I left. You infiltrated the majority, you protected those you cared about, and you STILL managed to be the sweetest person in this whole damn game. Your kindness is commendable. I can’t wait to talk to you after this. And, in parallel to the loyalty you showed me, my vote will go to you tonight with NO questions asked. Love you icon_wub

Tai.
Thank you for your words. ♡ I can’t wait to talk to you later, brother.

In conclusion, all of you played the game the way you knew how, and, well, you’re here. In my opinion, speaking to the jury now, Aubry deserves the win here by a long shot. You three, good luck tonight. ♡

#6479 No that’s totally fair! And like, my accuracy was 60% which would be pretty good in a lot of arenas.

I’m hesitant to bring it up because it doesn’t matter in the context of the game, but right around the merge I was insanely busy and I didn’t get to know some people there as well as I would have liked. I hope nobody took that as like a personal thing against them. I think you’re all great.

My game was Survivor. That sounds like a smart-ass comment but I don’t mean it that way. Yeah I took some lumps, but I SURVIVED, right? I kept going, kept chipping away, kept pushing myself to the end. I knew the cracks would show up and that I just had to wait to exploit them.

I don’t think I’d change anything strategically because like, I'm sitting here, but socially I’d definitely talk to people more because that’s fun and what’s the point if you aren’t having fun?

Thanks Julia and I’ll try not to hate you for not voting for me.
